Horrible costumer service, they won’t fix their website so watch out for false advertising. They won’t make it up to you even if you proof them wrong. Not even “Im sorry for the confusion “ plus the food has lost tremendously quality.
sorry to say this is my last order tnought i would give it one more chance and this turned out to be the worst. ask for spicy never get it, sweet and sour shrimp, what shrimp? my finger nail is bigger just all dough and talk about grease on everything main dish they cooked the lobester and shimp while they were cooking vegs. scallops were ok rest way over cooked some so hard you could not chew it
What a nightmare. Ordered 2.5 hours ago online, called an hour after and was told it was 'on it's way' an hour later I called back and was told my number, saved in Google pay for years, was wrong, but they called because my card was declined. Unlikely, on the card and they clearly just changed a digit in the phone number to tell me it was wrong. Anyway, when I asked why I was clearly lied to the first time I called I was told, they have a lot of customers, so I guess they just lie. When I asked what we could do about it, I was hung up on, when I called back, I was repeatedly placed on the counter indefinitely. When I finally got someone he admitted she must have lied and simply asked for full payment and offered delivery 30+ minutes from then. What a joke. The food is only mediocre anyway.
This place is a joke horrible service I just ordered food 2 days ago and got it delivered and now they say I live too far for delivery after I ordered food I’m very upset at this and is unexceptionable to me I will post this same review on Yelp, google and every other platform until I’m contacted to make this right
Food took almost 2 hours for delivery tonight. They called me 2 times asking for address. Once it got here it was not edible. Bland and cold. Never again.

Yesterday I ordered almost 30 in food and it was nasty something was missing and instead of saying something you charged me for that nasty food.. If I went off of the food that I got last night.. I would never eat it again. Someone needs to contact me about this or me and my family and friends will never be eating from your restaurant again. Food was 30 minutes late, on a 45 minute ets. I asked for extra sauce and received 1 of each. They definitely lost a customer here. Good luck

This is our go-to for Chinese food delivery. The food is delicious and a good value for the money. We like how the online ordering allows us to request spice levels for different dished. The fried spring rolls are the best anywhere, we love the chicken Teriyaki,the black pepper chicken, and the soups are really wonderful too. We order for delivery and the food arrives quickly and super-hot.
The food is always good and it always gets to me promptly - and still hot. The delivery people are always courteous and friendly. My go-to for Chinese food delivery.
Thus for many years has been my go to because the food and service have always been wonderful. But as of late waiting 1hour to 1 1/2 hours to get food is beyond what I would consider fair. But tonight not getting what we ordered for part of our meal has made this our last order.
